O-Rings Kits

O-Ring Kits -The most common AS-568 American standard sizes are contained in this o-ring kits. 27/ 30 / 32 different sizes, a total of 364/ 371 / 396 pcs. Kits are availble in Buna-N (Nitrle), Fluorolastomer (FKM), and Silicone.

“Boss” O-Ring Kits:

Within the “Boss” O-Ring Kits holds 250 of 12 of the most popular 900 series O-Rings. These O-Rings are used to seal straight thread tube fittings (Boss Type) in the design and service of hydraulic equipment. ALL rings are 90 durometer nitrile (BUNA-N). Each kit contains the following AS568 900 series sizes:
-904 (35 ea.), -905 & -906 (30 ea.), -907, -908, -909, -910 (20 ea.), and -911, -912, -913, -914, -916 (15 ea.).

Q-Ring Kit:

Q-Ring Kits contain 226 pieces in 36 popular sizes. All rings are Nitrile (Buna-N) 70 durometer. Q-Rings are four lobbed rings with four sealing sides as opposed to two with O-Rings. By doubling the sealing surfaces, this reduces the amount of squeeze required for a position seal. Friction is reduced as well. Each Q-Ring kit contains the following sizes:
-005, -006, -007, -008, -009, -010, -011, -012 (10 ea.), -013, -014, -015, -016 (6 ea.), -017, -018 (5 ea.), -110, -111, -112, -113, -114, -115, -116 (6 ea.), -117, -118, -119, -120, -121 (4 ea.), -210, -211, -212, -213, -214, -215, -216, -217, -218, -219 (5 ea.)

Warehouse O-Ring Kits:

A must for the factory maintenance department, this loaded 1337 piece kit contains 64 popular sizes in the AS568 series. In addition to containing a large assortment of O-Rings, this kit holds a complete splicing kit and a handy 2-piece brass toolset for O-Ring installation and extraction.
